Terms and Conditions of Use of InterMundi

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

"InterMundi" refers to the platform, mobile application, and related services.

"NeustandX" refers to the operator and owner of the platform.

"User" refers to any person registered on InterMundi.

"Offer" refers to a trade proposal published by a user.

"Counteroffer" refers to a proposal made in response to an existing offer.

"Exchange" refers to the agreement reached between two users to swap stickers or other physical collectible items.

2. Eligibility

Use of InterMundi is restricted exclusively to individuals over eighteen (18) years of age.

By creating an account, the user represents and warrants that:

• They are at least 18 years old.
• They have the legal capacity to accept these terms.
• The information provided is truthful and up to date.

InterMundi may suspend or delete accounts that violate this requirement.

3. Account Registration

Creating an account is mandatory to use the platform.

During registration, the user must provide:

• A valid email address.
• A secure password.
• A username.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

All activity carried out from an account will be deemed to have been performed by its owner.

4. Nature of the Service

InterMundi acts solely as a technological intermediation platform between collectors.

InterMundi:

• Does not buy stickers.
• Does not sell stickers.
• Does not participate in physical exchanges.
• Does not verify the authenticity of exchanged items.
• Does not guarantee the successful completion of any exchange.

Responsibility for the exchange rests exclusively with the users involved.

5. Publication of Offers

Users may create trade offers indicating the items they have and the items they wish to obtain.

Offers will remain active until:

• Closed by their creator.
• Completed.
• Removed due to breach of these terms.
• The user's account is suspended or deleted.

The creator retains full control over the availability of their offers.

6. Exchanges and Coordination

When an offer is accepted, InterMundi will enable a communication channel between the parties to coordinate the exchange.

Users are responsible for:

• Verifying the information exchanged.
• Coordinating schedules.
• Coordinating meeting locations.
• Confirming delivery of items.

Once the exchange is complete, either party may mark it as completed within the platform.

7. Meeting Points

InterMundi allows users to set preferred location references to facilitate finding potential exchanges.

These references:

• Are provided voluntarily by users.
• Do not represent real-time exact locations.
• Are used solely to improve the search experience.

InterMundi does not organize physical meetings nor guarantees their safety.

Users assume all responsibility related to in-person meetings.

8. Messaging System

The platform includes communication tools between users.

It is prohibited to use the messaging system for:

• Harassment.
• Threats.
• Spam.
• Impersonation.
• Illegal activities.
• Unauthorized selling attempts within the platform.

InterMundi may review conversations only when a complaint, report, or valid legal request exists.

9. Reputation System

Users may rate each other using a system of one (1) to five (5) stars after completing an exchange.

Ratings are intended to improve trust within the community.

InterMundi does not guarantee the accuracy of opinions submitted by users.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited:

• Posting false information.
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate reputation.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Using bots or automated systems.
• Attempting to sell items using the platform when such activity is not permitted.
• Sending spam.
• Harassing other users.
• Impersonating others.
• Interfering with the normal operation of the service.

11. Reports and Moderation

Users may report inappropriate behavior.

NeustandX may investigate reports related to:

• Fraud.
• Harassment.
• Spam.
• Improper selling attempts.
• Violations of these terms.

During an investigation, InterMundi may request additional information and review relevant information pertaining to the case.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

InterMundi may suspend or delete accounts when it detects breaches of these terms.

Upon suspension or deletion of an account:

• All active offers will be closed.
• All pending counteroffers will be canceled.
• Access to the platform will be lost.
• Historical messages may remain visible to other users who participated in previous conversations.

13. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time.

Upon deletion:

• Access will be revoked immediately.
• Active offers will be closed.
• Pending counteroffers will be canceled.

InterMundi may retain certain minimal records when necessary to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

14. Advertising

InterMundi is a free platform that finances part of its operation through the display of advertisements.

To this end, the application uses services provided by Google AdMob, which may display personalized or non-personalized ads depending on device settings, the user's region, and applicable privacy preferences.

The display, content, and relevance of such advertisements are managed by Google and its advertising partners. InterMundi does not control or guarantee the products, services, or offers promoted by third parties through such advertisements.

By using the platform, the user acknowledges that they may view advertising within the application.

15. Notifications

The platform may send notifications related to:

• New messages.
• New counteroffers.
• Activity reminders.
• Relevant service information.

Users may manage certain notification preferences from within the application.

16. Intellectual Property

All software, design, logos, trademarks, interfaces, and proprietary content of InterMundi belong to NeustandX or their respective owners.

Users do not acquire any intellectual property rights over the platform.

17. Third-Party Trademarks

InterMundi is an independent platform for collectors.

Unless expressly indicated, InterMundi is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by FIFA, album manufacturers, publishers, or trademark holders related to the items exchanged through the platform.

All referenced trademarks belong to their respective owners.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeustandX shall not be liable for:

• Loss of stickers or physical items.
• Breaches between users.
• Damages occurring during in-person meetings.
• False information provided by users.
• Conduct of third parties.
• Temporary service interruptions.

Use of the platform is at the user's sole risk.

19. Service Availability

InterMundi may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Uninterrupted service availability is not guaranteed.

20. Modifications

NeustandX may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Modifications will take effect once published on the platform.

Continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of such modifications.
